skills of how to use Options, Lease Options, and other Terms strategies to acquire properties with little or no cash. In
addition, you will learn how to control real estate without owning it and how to supercharge the cashflow of investment
properties. This in-depth training will cover all vital aspects including marketing and contracts.
1-Day Jumpstart Training
Each Mentorship Program will begin with a virtual 1-day immersion session via Zoom where each topic will be
thoroughly covered.
Full 10-week Program
For ten consecutive weeks you will be trained and mentored on each step of the investing process for that particular
Mentorship Program. Weekly training courses are held online via Zoom on either Tuesday or Thursday nights for one
hour.
